STS successfully partners with utility executives and HR leaders to help them exceed their goals. We play a key role in the talent management, organizational change, high potential development and merger integration processes for many utilities. Our experience in the industry is at all levels of organization, from first line supervisors to the CEO and Boards. We have worked with both gas and electric utilities, fossil and nuclear generation, transmission and distribution operations, new construction and retrofit (in generation), as well as the corporate organization. STS provides valuable insight into what strategy demands from leadership and the organization.
