With over 20 years as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Andrea helps companies achieve objectives by providing actionable data, feedback, and leadership coaching. Her areas of expertise include leadership assessment and development, performance management, and structured selection systems.
Andrea has held a variety of talent management positions across industries. At Exelon Nuclear, United Airlines, and Square D Company, she was responsible for performance management and succession planning, employee selection and assessment/coaching of high potentials. As a consultant for firms such as Organizational Effectiveness Consultants, Corporate Insights, and Systema Corporation, she assessed leaders and teams for selection and development, designed competency-based selection systems, designed/ implemented organizational and customer satisfaction surveys and facilitated team effectiveness meetings.
In addition to management development and consulting roles, Andrea has held academic positions, teaching courses in cognitive abilities testing, Industrial/Organization Psychology, and Group Dynamics for DePaul University. She designed and led a course in career planning at Roosevelt University where she also taught Organizational Behavior and Organizational Development.
She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, IL and her B.A. in Psychology from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX.
