Sarah has been a member of the Strategic Talent Solutions consulting team since 2009. Sarah’s work with the team focuses on measurement and assessment at an individual, team and organization-wide level, creating and implementing a systematic evaluation of the work of the firm as a whole. She is also responsible for designing and implementing tools to facilitate data collection during the firm’s business talent audit process. Sarah’s clients include Elkay Manufacturing, Kerry Group, Children’s Memorial Hospital and Parkways Foundation.
Prior to her work with STS, Sarah worked as an internal consultant in the retail, health care and transportation industries. Her work focused on the development of selection tools, talent management and succession planning. She led the retention department at Transcontinental Refrigerated Lines, Inc. which was responsible for providing programs to increase employee satisfaction and decrease turnover.
Sarah is a Ph.D. candidate at the Illinois Institute of Technology. She has presented papers at the annual conference for the Society for the Industrial/Organizational Psychologist (SIOP) and the Eastern Psychological Association (EPA) annual conference. Sarah received her B.S. in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Marywood University.
